#this is the best because derek doesn’t even think about it #he just sees stiles possibly about to get into trouble #and he follows him instinctively #to back him up and to protect him #because there’s been so much loss already for derek #and he’s so low at this point #trying his hardest to save the parents and to do some good #to make sure that stiles scott and allison don’t go through what he went through #that he can’t let stiles die as well #he can’t risk stiles not making it out of this alive #and if that means having to follow him everywhere #having to back stiles’ choices #then he’s gonna do that #because he’s not gonna be the one leaving stiles #not gonna be the one who has to explain to the sheriff what happened to his kid #derek cares about stiles and wants him alive #wants stiles to be reunited with his dad #so whatever stiles is gonna do #derek is gonna be with him (via motleywolf)
